These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between G168 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and トントン倉庫 members (hereinafter "members") regarding the internet communication service (hereinafter "トントン倉庫") provided by the Company as the planner and operator.
Article 1 (Scope and Changes to These Terms)
Various regulations announced by the Company from time to time through トントン倉庫 shall constitute a part of these terms and conditions.
The Company may change these terms and conditions and various regulations, including changes to fee regulations, at any time without obtaining the member's consent, by displaying such changes on トントン倉庫.
Article 2 (Members)
A member is defined as a user of トントン倉庫 who has accepted these terms and conditions, applied for use of トントン倉庫 to the Company via the Company's prescribed procedures, been approved for membership by the Company's screening process, and has been registered as a member.
Article 3 (Membership Qualifications and Approval)
Persons under 18 years of age, or high school students even if they have reached the age of 18, cannot become members.
The Company will screen applications for use of トントン倉庫, and if admission/registration is granted, will issue an identification number (hereinafter "ID").
Please note that the Company may not grant admission if the applicant falls under any of the following:
・If it is discovered that the membership registration application contained falsehoods, errors, or omissions.
・If it is discovered that the applicant has been expelled in the past due to a violation of these terms and conditions.
・If the applicant has previously delayed the fulfillment of payment obligations, such as usage fees, for トントン倉庫, or has refused payment.
・If the credit card or payment account designated by the applicant has been suspended by a credit card company, financial institution, etc.
・If the applicant is a minor, a person under quasi-guardianship, or a person under guardianship, and has not obtained the consent of a legal representative, assistant, etc., when applying for membership.
・If the applicant possesses multiple login accounts and has used the Company's services fraudulently.
・If the applicant has shown, disclosed, or provided videos, images, or audio from this site to a third party without permission.
・If the Company otherwise judges the applicant to be inappropriate as a member.
Even after an ID has been issued, if it is found that a member falls under any of the above, the Company may temporarily suspend membership or revoke approval.
Fees incurred through the use of トントン倉庫 prior to the revocation of approval under the preceding paragraph shall be borne by the member and shall be paid without delay by the method specified by the Company.
Article 4 (Password Management and Responsibility)
Members may not transfer, pledge, or allow a third party to use their own ID and password.
Members bear full responsibility for the management and use of their own ID and password and shall pay all debts related to their use.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage suffered by a member due to a third party's use of their ID or password, regardless of the presence or absence of attribution.
Article 5 (Notification of Changes)
If there are any changes to the information submitted to the Company, the member shall notify the Company promptly by email.
If a member fails to notify the Company of changes, and this causes damage to the Company, the member shall bear the liability for damages.
However, regarding compensation for damages, we will make a claim after consultation between the Company and the member.
Furthermore, the Company will not be held responsible for any disadvantages incurred by the member due to their failure to notify the Company of changes.
Article 6 (Member Personal Information)
The Company shall not disclose or leak a member's personal information to third parties, except when necessary for the operation of トントン倉庫.
Article 7 (Provided Services)
The provided services and program contents of トントン倉庫 shall be those that the Company is able to provide at that time.
The Company may change (including abolition) the contents of the provided services or programs at any time without the member's consent by displaying such changes on トントン倉庫.
The Company may temporarily interrupt or stop トントン倉庫 services without prior notice due to regular or emergency maintenance, disasters, natural disasters, legal measures, or other circumstances.
The Company may suspend トントン倉庫 at its own discretion.
Notice of such suspension will be announced through トントン倉庫 or other means provided by the Company.
In any case, if a delay, interruption, or suspension of トントン倉庫 services occurs, the Company shall not be held responsible for any damage incurred by members or third parties as a result.
Article 8 (Prohibition of Diversion of Services / Copyright Protection)
Members may not divert, edit, falsify, or provide/allow third parties to use all or part of the services provided by トントン倉庫 or the data related to the services, in any way, nor may they use it for themselves or for third parties, regardless of whether it is for business purposes.
Article 9 (Precautions for Information Registration)
Members may not register information or content that falls under any of the following with トントン倉庫:
・Items that violate public order and morals or the law.
・Items connected to criminal acts.
・Items that infringe upon the copyrights, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other property rights, or the personality rights such as honor or privacy of other members or third parties.
・Items that cause disadvantage, slander, or defamation to other members or third parties.
・Items that hinder the ***ooth operation of トントン倉庫.
If a member causes damage to other members or third parties through the use of トントン倉庫, the member shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause damage to the Company.
If a member violates this article and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim compensation from that member.
However, regarding compensation for damages, we will make a claim after consultation between the Company and the member.
Article 10 (Deletion of Inappropriate Registered Information)
If the Company determines that content such as text registered on トントン倉庫 falls under or is likely to fall under the preceding article, the Company may delete such content or information without notifying the member.
Article 11 (Usage Fees, etc.)
Regarding the Company's usage fees and payment methods, in addition to these terms, members shall follow the fee regulations separately established by the Company and displayed on the Company's site.
In addition, all transfer fees and other expenses shall be borne by the member.
Article 12 (Fee Payment, etc.)
The payment methods for the Company's usage fees are as follows:
・Payment by credit card
Credit card settlements are handled on our behalf by the credit card settlement system of Telecom Credit Co., Ltd.
Payment shall be made using a credit card issued by a credit card company approved by us, based on the terms and conditions of the relevant credit card company.
・Transfer payment to a designated bank account
Please pay into the bank account designated by the Company.
Please note that any transfer fees incurred during the transfer will be borne by the member.
If a dispute arises between a member and a financial institution, etc., the parties concerned shall resolve it, and the Company shall not be held responsible.
Please be aware that in no case will any fees already paid be refunded.
Article 13 (Withdrawal Procedures)
Members wishing to withdraw must notify the Company of their intention via email. If there are any debts owed to the Company, the member must settle the debt and immediately pay the remaining balance. There is no cost associated with withdrawal. The period from the withdrawal application to the actual withdrawal will be a maximum of two weeks.
The Company will not refund any fees already paid by the member. Also, all remaining points will be forfeited.
Cancellations cannot be made after the withdrawal procedure is complete.
Article 14 (Expulsion, etc.)
[Section 1]
If the Company determines that a member falls under any of the following, the Company may suspend the use of the ID or revoke membership and expel the member without any prior warning or notice to said member.
・If the member made a false declaration at the time of registration.
・If the member publicly declares that they will not abide by the membership terms.
・If the member has made unauthorized use or falsification of input information.
・If the member has fraudulently used their ID or password.
・If the member has violated any of these membership terms.
・If the member has used トントン倉庫 to perform illegal acts.
・If the member has shown, disclosed, or provided videos, images, or audio from this site to a third party without permission.
・If there has been no purchase of points for one month after the completion of membership registration.
・If the Company otherwise judges the person to be inappropriate as a member.
When a member is expelled, they lose the benefit of time and must immediately pay in full all fees incurred up to the point of expulsion.
The Company will not refund any fees already paid by the expelled member.
[Section 2]
If the Company suffers damages due to the actions of a member falling under Section 1, the Company may claim compensation for such damages from the member, regardless of the suspension of ID usage or expulsion.
Article 15 (Jurisdiction)
Regarding any disputes arising between the Company and a member, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of first instance.
Article 16 (Returns of Digital Products)
When providing digital distribution services using a server connected to the internet, our company will not accept returns of products provided as digital data such as videos and images (hereinafter referred to as digital products), regardless of the reason, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
